- Each panelist independently ranked 8 IPTV providers available to US customers on a 1–10 scale in their domain.

Why are three providers listed as "eliminated"?
Any provider that scored below 5/10 on payment safety (Panelist E) was automatically removed before the weighted average was calculated. We believe consumer protection is a floor, not a negotiable axis. A great picture with no refund path is still a bad product.
Why weight Panelist A (Network) higher than the others?
Because network performance is the one axis that cannot be faked with marketing copy. If the stream buffers, nothing else matters. Network quality gets the heaviest 25% weight to reflect that hierarchy.
